Green Features

Green features include: preferred parking for car pooling, secure bicycle storage, showers and change rooms to encourage alternative transportation, light fixtures designed to reduce light pollution, landscaping to provide biodiversity and bird habitat, low flow plumbing fixtures to reduce use of potable water, optimize energy performance 29% better than the model national energy code for buildings, facilities for the storage and collection of recyclables, building materials selected on basis of maximum recycled content, regionally manufactured, and low emissions, lighting controls and energy efficiency lighting fixtures, maximize daylighting and views to occupied spaces, green housekeeping, and exhaust air heat recovery.
