Goals and Objectives Goal 1: Stewardship - To be recognized as the stewards of the University facilities. Objectives:
1.1 - To provide and maintain an inviting environment 1.2 - To develop a FM Business Plan 1.3 - To develop and maintain a University Master Plan 1.4 - To manage accurate and useful facilities information 1.5 - To be accountable for stewardship functions 1.6 - To define an acceptable FCI rating per building 1.7 - To achieve the FCI rating 1.8 - To establish a Facility Needs index 1.9 - To provide a comprehensive Maintenance Management program * FCI – Facility Condition Index | Goal 2: Clients - To understand, anticipate and respond effectively to our client needs.
